A & M Environmental Contracting is expert in working with owners and development teams to get property certified by the controlling agencies as clean and ready for sale or development. We review all strategies and work to find the best plan for each project to meet the goals of the client while achieving all governmental requirements. Our experience in construction and engineering allows us to work hand in glove with General Contractors and Project Management teams to meet the demanding schedules of the most difficult project.

Tony Marraccino is a California State Contractor and possesses a degree in Engineering. He has over 22 years of experience in the oil and gas and environmental industries in both the domestic and international arenas. Mr. Marraccino's clients have been from both the public and private sectors. In addition to his corporate administrative responsibilities, Mr. Marraccino personally supervises all projects involving technical staff.
Extensive experience in the installation and monitoring of vapor extraction systems which include internal-combustion engines, thermal oxidizers, and regenerable carbon beds. Each vapor extraction unit placed onsite can be monitored on a 24- hour basis through a sophisticated computer telemetry software program.
Expertise and responsibilities include: site investigations; installation, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of environmental remediation and water treatment projects; planning, implementation, and management of water and soil sampling and analysis programs; underground storage tank and clarifier removal and abandonment; drilling and well design; hazardous materials disposal and transportation; construction supervision; site safety and project troubleshooting; contractor/client cost estimates; materials and subcontractor procurement; earthwork and paving; auger excavation; engineering topography; terrain analysis; federal, state, and local agency interface to include permit acquisition; technical writing to include technical manuals and health and safety plans, oil well related activities i.e., cementing, drilling optimization, well stimulation, and abandonment.
A & M Environmental Contracting and its associates are trained in accordance with the provisions of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1910.120). All subcontractors possess the required general liability and workers' compensation insurance. Tony Marraccino possesses the following certifications: SARA (40 Hour) Hazardous Waste Safety Training; 8-Hour Refresher Course; 8-Hour Supervisors Course.
